Lola Aladesanmi MPH Ph.D (Chief Executive Officer)
Lola is a development specialist with almost 2 decades of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of Health, Nutrition, Education, Social Protection and Agriculture programs in development & humanitarian contexts in West, East and Southern Africa, working and consulting for INGOs, public and private sector donor agencies. Lola holds a Master of Public Health degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a PhD in Public Health from the Central University of Nicaragua.
Ifeoluwa Noiki MPH (Public Health Specialist| Program Coordinator| West Africa Regional Focal Point)
Ifeoluwa is a public health, monitoring and evaluation analyst, with about a decade of experience working in public health programs. His experience spans strategy development, routine program monitoring, quantitative and qualitative analysis, implementation research, and digital health applications. He has served in several roles within government health systems, and non-governmental organizations (with international donor-funded projects), working mostly in Nigeria, with short-term assignments in Sierra Leone and Botswana. He also served as the program coordinator and data analyst for the Unitaid end-of-project evaluation for the New Nets Project (NNP). His educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Babcock University in Nigeria, and certifications in Policy Development and Advocacy for Global Health, Project Management in Global Health, and Global Health Research from the University of Washington - Seattle, Washington.
Tracy Akach MA International Relations (Gender and Social Protection Specialist| Program Coordinator| East Africa Regional Focal Point)
Tracy is a dedicated Gender and M&E Expert with over 10 years of experience integrating gender and social inclusion into research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Expertise includes designing and implementing gender-responsive evaluations, assessing public health, education, social protection, youth empowerment and women empowerment programs. Skilled in project and program coordination, team leadership, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, training and facilitation, strategy development, qualitative and quantitative research, report writing, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and deliver actionable insights that drive high quality, equitable and sustainable program outcomes. Experience working with organizations such as The Global Fund, USAID, DFID, and PEPFAR in several countries including South Africa, Zambia, Liberia, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Togo, Benin and Senegal. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Kobo collect, Tangerine and ODK. Coordinated The Global Fund’s Imbizo feedback mechanism, CAMFED’s life skills program assessment, Fairtrade’s gender assessment and participated in USAID’s Early Grade Literacy program-baseline, midline and endline evaluations among other evaluations. Academic background includes a Master’s degree in International Relations with a major in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Sociology.
Shadrach Mwansa MSc (Social Development Specialist| Program Coordinator| Southern Africa Regional Focal Point)
Shadrach is a dedicated and results-driven development professional with significant expertise in research and evaluation project management, coupled with a strong educational foundation and certifications in Gender Studies, Development Studies and Monitoring and Evaluation and Knowledge Management. His research and evaluation experience spans health (HIV, TB, Malaria), education, gender and nutrition programs, playing diverse roles in research teams, ranging from research coordinator, data analyst, and qualitative researcher. His recent research experience includes serving as an evaluation associate on the Zambia case study within Global Fund’s 2023 Strategic Review; Field Operations Coordinator on DMI’s LUMUNO project Baseline and Endline Longitudinal Household Surveys; Supervisor and Team Lead for a life skills assessment of marginalized girls and young women, for CAMFED Zambia; and Project coordinator for the USAID/PASCO professional data entry services sub-contract, as well as a host of other past Brasys projects highlighted in the organizational experience section above. Shadrach also excels in driving revenue growth and organisational development with astute analytical and critical thinking skills. He currently serves as MEL Programs Coordinator at Brasys, coordinating both technical and operational aspects of program activities. He previously served in different capacities at organisations like Global Health Corps, Love Care Foundation & PPSI, FHI360, Copper Rose Zambia, and Seeds of Change. He is fluent in English, Bemba, and Nyanja, and proficient with a range of relevant digital applications for data collection and analysis in routine monitoring and research contexts.
