Dr. Lola Aladesanmi is a public health and international development leader with over 20 years of experience designing and leading monitoring, evaluation, research, strategic planning, and organizational strengthening initiatives across Africa and Asia. She has supported governments, donors, multilateral agencies, and international NGOs to improve programme performance and strengthen health and social systems across multiple sectors.
She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of BroadImpact a where she provides strategic leadership for the organization's technical portfolio across more than 30 countries. Under her leadership, BroadImpact has successfully delivered over 40 assignments, including multi-country evaluations, strategic reviews, health systems assessments, implementation research, and organizational capacity strengthening initiatives for clients including the Global Fund, WHO, Unitaid, Gavi, USAID, Africa CDC, the African Union Commission, UNICEF, and UNFPA.
She holds a PhD in Public Health, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Lagos.

He currently serves as Finance and Operations Manager at BroadImpact, where he supports financial planning and budgeting, donor compliance, grant management, financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, and operational systems for complex donor-funded programmes across Africa.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Ilorin. Ifeoluwa is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) and data analytics specialist with over 12 years of experience delivering evaluations, research, and analytical support for donor-funded programmes across Africa. He has expertise in survey design, digital data collection, statistical analysis, data quality assurance, and evidence synthesis, with extensive experience applying quantitative and mixed-methods approaches to inform programme and policy decisions. Tracy is a Programme Management Specialist with over 13 years of experience leading and strengthening multi-country programmes across Africa in education and human development, public health, economic empowerment, social protection, and gender equality and social inclusion. She has extensive expertise in programme governance, monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL), quality assurance, and organizational learning, supporting governments, donors, and development partners to improve programme performance and accountability. She has managed complex donor-funded assignments for governments, bilateral and multilateral donors, and international organizations including Africa CDC, The Global Fund, Gates Foundation, USAID, DFID/FCDO and PEPFAR.
She currently serves as Program Manager & Manager, Central Coordination Office at BroadImpact, where she leads the delivery of donor-funded programmes while overseeing the organization's central coordination function. Shadrach is a Social Development Specialist with over eight years of experience leading and coordinating donor-funded research, evaluation, and development programmes across Southern and East Africa. He has extensive expertise in programme management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), research and evaluation, operations coordination, and stakeholder engagement, supporting governments, development partners, and international organizations across health, education, gender, social protection, nutrition, and mental health.
