BI has been contracted as local evaluation partner of Health Enabled for the in-depth evaluation and cost-effectiveness study of OpenLMIS in Nigeria. The OpenLMIS is implemented by the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency in collaboration with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). This study, commissioned by Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance, as part of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning of their Digital Health Information (DHI) Strategy 2022-2025, is intended to generate evidence of the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of electronic Logistics Management Information Systems (eLMIS). The eLMIS is a key priority within the Gavi DHI Strategy and within NPHCDA’s Digital Health Information for Immunization and PHC roadmap.
BI was contracted by Global Missions Office of the United Methodist Church to conduct the Baseline Evaluation of the Abundant Health Project in DRC.
BI was contracted by Oxford Policy Management to implement research to inform the Ratification of the AfCFTA in Nigeria and guide the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment (FMITI), National Action Committee NAC, and all relevant MDAs, on AfCFTA implementation, and wider regional trade.
BroadImpact has recently been contracted by Ipas to support the development of the 2021-2023 Strategic Plan for Ipas Francophone Africa Regional Office.
BroadImpact was engaged by Clinton Health Access Initiative to implement a 6 months’ workforce human resource development program in Niger and Yobe States Primary Health Care Agencies in Nigeria to strengthen immunization outcomes for Women and Children. The project involved the designing the workforce program, development of a monitoring and evaluation framework for the project, organizing workshops, trainings and management retreats, engaging and building capacity of Government and agency staff on human resource development, developing HRM policies, SOPs, templates and tools and supporting change and implementation of the new HRM system.
BroadImpact was engaged by Clinton Health Access Initiative to conduct trainings for 300 Expanded Program on Immunization managers on project management, and project communication in 2 states in Nigeria. This project involved the development of a training strategy, plan and training schedule, the implementation of a training approach and training schedule and a facilitator coordination plan, the facilitation of practical based competency trainings to 300 managers in 2 states, the administration and scoring of training assessments, capture of basic participant’s information and the development of training reports .
BroadImpact provided a lead international consultant to Clinton Health Access Initiative to design, plan and coordinate curriculum review and capacity building for about 500 community workers on maternal new-born heath and family planning community referral and emergency transport systems in 3 States in Nigeria. The assignment involved the review of training curriculum to capture family planning and maternal new born help components in emergency transportation, the planning and the coordination and roll out of the training to 500 community workers in 3 States.
